Grove Superspar Lamb Giveaway Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Organizer
   The competition is organized by Grove Superspar (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”).
2. Competition Period
   The competition will run every month.
3. Eligibility
   3.1 The competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years and older.
4. How to Enter
   4.1 To enter the competition, participants must spend R500 or more in a single transaction at Grove Superspar’s Butchery section during the competition period.
   4.2 After completing the purchase, participants must write their name & number on their slip and submit their original till slip into the entry box located at the store.
   4.3 Only original till slips will be accepted. Photocopies, screenshots, or digital versions are not valid.
   4.4 Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be accompanied by a separate till slip for a qualifying purchase.
5. Prize
   5.1 The prize consists of one (1) whole lamb.
   5.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
   5.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
   6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
   6.2 The winner will be drawn and will be notified via phone call within 7 days of the draw, via the contact number provided on their entry slip.
7. Prize Collection
   7.1 The winner must collect their prize from Grove Superspar within 7 days of being notified, or as per arrangement with the Organiser.
   7.2 The winner will need to present their valid South African ID to claim the prize.
   7.3 If the winner does not collect the prize within the specified time or as per arrangement between the winner and the Organiser, the prize will be forfeited, and the Organiser may select an alternative winner.
8. Publicity
   8.1 By entering the competition, participants consent to their name, photograph, and likeness being used for promotional and marketing purposes in connection with this competition, should they win.
   8.2 The winner may be asked to participate in a short interview or promotional photo session.
9. General Conditions
   9.1 The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   9.2 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
   9.3 The Organiser is not responsible for any lost, late, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that may affect the competition.
   9.4 Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
10. Liability
    10.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to release and hold harmless Grove Superspar and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the competition or the acceptance of the prize.
    10.2 The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by any participant as a result of entering the competition or using the prize.
11. Privacy
    11.1 Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
    11.2 By entering the competition, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition.
12. Governing Law
    This competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
