Eligibility

The competition is open to all customers of Grove Superspar aged 18 years & older.

Employees of Grove Superspar, their immediate family members, and any affiliates involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter.

 

How to enter

Customers who spend R2,000 or more in a single transaction at Grove Superspar will receive one entry into the competition.  Customers who spend R4,000 or more in a single transaction will receive two entries.

After making a qualifying purchase, customers must write their contact details (full name and phone number) on their purchase slip and place it into the designated entry box in-store.

 

Prizes

First Prize: a Kayo Au 180cc Quad Bike.     Second Prize: a Kayo S70 Go-Kart.

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative item.

 

Winner selection & notification

Winners will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries.  Winners will be contacted using the details provided on their purchase slip.  If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

 

General terms

Grove Superspar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.

By entering the competition, participants agree to allow Grove Superspar to use their names and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.  Grove Superspar is not responsible for lost, late, or illegible entries.  The decision of Grove Superspar regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

 

Changes & Termination

Grove Superspar reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via in-store notices and/or social media.
