SUPERSPAR Grove Oros Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is SUPERSPAR Grove (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to all customers who purchase any Oros 2L product at SUPERSPAR Grove.

3. Competition Period:

   • The competition runs from 2025/05/06 to 2025/06/30.

   • Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter:

   • Purchase any Oros 2L product at SUPERSPAR Grove during the competition period.

   • Write your name and contact details on the back of your till slip.

   • Place the slip into the designated entry box in-store.

5. Prize:

   • One (1) winner will receive a Sodastream Machine.

   • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

6. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received by the closing date.

   • The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition ending.

   • The winner will be contacted telephonically. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days, a new winner may be drawn.

7. Publicity:

   • By entering the competition, the winner agrees to the use of their name and image for publicity purposes, without compensation, in any marketing material related to the competition.

8. Data Protection:

   • All personal information will be used in accordance with South African data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties.

9. General:

   • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

   • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
