Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

This competition is open to all customers of Grove Superspar who are 18 years or older.

Employees of Grove Superspar and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Competition Period:

The competition will run till 24 May 2024.

Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

How to Enter:

Customers must spend a minimum of R2000 on groceries in a single transaction at Grove Superspar to qualify for an entry.

Customers who spend R4000 or more in a single transaction will receive a double entry.

After making a qualifying purchase, customers must write their contact details on their purchase slip and insert it into the designated entry box available in-store.

Prizes:

1st Prize: A Quadbike.

2nd Prize: A Go-Kart.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

Winner Selection & Notification:

Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted on [Draw Date].

The draw will take place at Grove Superspar, and winners will be contacted via the contact details provided on their purchase slip.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

General Terms:

Grove Superspar reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.

Any fraudulent or tampered entries will be disqualified.

By participating, entrants agree to have their names and photographs used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Grove Superspar is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the acceptance or use of the prizes.
