Grove SUPERSPAR: Win a Defy Top Loader Washing Machine

1. Competition Organiser
   The competition is organised by Grove SUPERSPAR (“the Promoter”), located at Riverside Grove Centre.
2. Competition Period
   The competition will run from 7 October 2024 to 8 December 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
   • To enter the competition, participants must purchase any two (2) participating 2kg auto washing powders from the Grove SUPERSPAR store.
   • Upon purchasing, participants must write their full name and contact details (phone number and email address) on the back of their till slip.
   • The completed slip must be placed in the competition box available in-store.
4. Eligibility
   • The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years and older.
5. Prize
   • The prize consists of one (1) Defy Top Loader Washing Machine.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
   • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection
   • The winner will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received by the competition closing date.
   • The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of being notified or as per arrangement with the competition organizer. If the prize is unclaimed, a re-draw will occur.
7. Publicity
   • By entering the competition, participants consent to the Promoter using their name and image for marketing and publicity purposes without further compensation or approval.
8. Data Protection
   • Personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Participants can request access to or correction of their data by contacting the Promoter.
9. General Conditions
   • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to adhere to the terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the entry process.
   • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participation in the competition or the use of the prize.
   • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Force Majeure

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
